3.01: Any type of exploiting or any feature that gives you an unfair advantage is not allowed. This could include any modification to your game. Macros are the only exception. Player should be automatically ejected and considered for further punishment as dictated by standard practice.
3.02: Angle glitching is not allowed. This is where a player uses a technique called “angle” to get height advantage. If done, the player is to be ejected for the remainder of the game. The play should be turned over at the spot of the foul, or given the yards if on offense. If caught multiple times, suspension may be given up to 1 season.
3.03: 1 blocker is allowed during regular play. The blocker can not line up on the line of scrimmage. The only time a blocker is not allowed is during a 4th and 25. Infinite blockers are allowed within 20 yards of either goal line.
3.04: 1 tight end is allowed during regular play. They must line up on the line of scrimmage and not hit a block any farther than 5 yards behind the line of scrimmage. 1 tight end is always permitted, infinite tight ends are allowed within 20 yards of either goal line.
3.05: Grounding by a quarterback is not allowed. This is where a quarterback throws an incompletion where it can not reasonably be received by anyone on the field. The ball will be placed wherever the penalty occurred and they will lose the down, if committed in their own endzone, it is a safety.
3.06: Illegal touching is not allowed. This is where a receiver or defensive back intentionally goes out of bounds to avoid being seen to gain an unfair advantage. This is a 5 yard penalty.
3.07: Severe lagging is not allowed. If a player is lagging to the point where they are gaining an unfair advantage, 1 warning should be given about it by the other team. After that 1 warning, if they continue to lag or stutter, they should be ejected from the game.
3.08: Milking is not allowed unless it is done in the last minute of the 2nd or 4th quarter. Milking is defined as letting the play clock go below 10 before hiking while the game clock is running. If illegal milking has occurred, the clock should be reset to the original time and a 5 yard penalty should be given.
3.09: Stacking is not allowed. Stacking is when a player stands on top of another player’s head to get extra height. This is a 5 yard penalty.
3.10: Onside kicks are not allowed. Instead, during the 4th quarter, a team is allowed to request a 4th & 25 after scoring. The ball will be placed on their own 25 yard line, the down will be set to 4th, and no blockers are allowed and only 1 tight end is allowed.
3.11: Mercy rule is not required to be called unless a team is winning by 60 or more. Mercy rule can be called at any point once a team reaches a lead of 35 points or more. If a team does not take their mercy, they void it for the rest of the game unless it is required to be called.
